Responsibilities:
Answers phones and directs calls Upload/scans employee files into document management software Assist with reporting to Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Maintains certifications (materials T2) Assist with inventory as needed Other duties as assigned SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite Excellent communications skills, both written and oral Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR) Satisfactory background check Minimum of two years clerical experience Job Type:
